- Can I redeem the experience at a location not listed on the website?

You can only redeem at our merchant’s outlet listed on our website.

No, you can’t renew your voucher once it’s used up.

Yes you can give your voucher to someone else to redeem.

- How do I redeem my gift voucher?

To redeem your experience you need to find a merchant. Click Use your voucher at the top of the home page.

- Can I exchange my voucher?

If you are seeking voucher exchange, ensure you purchased a super voucher. A standard voucher cannot be swapped, but can only be used at the assigned merchant’s outlet.


Bravoweb will issue refunds to Customers in respect of gifts returned, gifts not received or unused vouchers bought directly from Refunds will be processed within days and will be made to the person who purchased the gift or voucher and based on the payment method used.

  1.  If you bought a gift item using a debit card or a credit card, refund will be processed within 5 days and applied to the card used for payment.
  2.  If payment was made by transfer, refund will be processed within 3 days and applied to the account used for payment.
